Imprimis my house or cottage in Coppull aforesaid together with all the orchards, gardens, ground & interest thereto, unto Lucy my loveing wife during her life, and after her decease to my son John, with a charge of twenty shilling apiece to be paid unto Jane and Alice the two daughters of my daughter Elizabeth in two years time after the decease of me & my wife. Item all the rest of my goods and personal estate I give to Lucy my said wife whom I do nominate and appoint to be sole executrix of this my last will and testament hopeing she will see the same well & truly performed as my trust is in her. In witness whereof I have herunto sett my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
