I doe freely give my consent and allow Edward Prescott of Coppull in the county of Lancr Blacksmith, to build and arrect one bay of building adjoynyng to his smithy in Coppull Moore, after the arrecting of the same, to become tenant upon reasonable consideracion. Witness my hand
