In the name of god Amen the ffirst day of
January in the yeare of our lord god accordinge to the computation of
the Churche of England one thawsand sixe hundreth ffourty and five I
Katrine ffishare of Coppull in the countie of Lancaster widow beinge
sicke in bodie but of good and pfect memorie I prayse god theirfore doe
make this my laste will & teastament as followeth, ffirst and
principallie I comend my soule into the hands of almightie god my onlie
creator redemer and sanctifier and my bodie I comitt to xpian buriall
and for such goods as god hath lent mee I doe dispose and bequeath as
followeth Imprimis all my good except my wearinge apparrell I devide
into three equall pts two of wch pts I give to Mrgrett ffishare my
daughter and the third pte I resarve to my selfe out of wch theerd pte
my funarall expences and chardges about my will dischardged the rest and
residue theareof I give to Richard ffishare my sonne Itm I give and
bequeath unto Alice the wife of Richard Hodsonne my brother my best wast
coatt my best pettie coatt & best bodies Itm the rest of my apparrell I
give & bequeath unto my daughter Margrett lastlie I appoynt ordaine and
make my said brother Richard Hodsonne of Euxton and Roger Haydock of
Coppull my true & lawful executors to execute this my last will and
testament hoppinge they will trulie pforme the same as my trust is in
them sworn under my hand & seale the daye & yeare ffirst above written |
